We have both a CO2 laser and a scanning YAG laser, suitable for a variety of projects and materials.
Our YAG laser is perfect for high-speed marking on metals.
That includes direct marking on steel, titanium, aluminum, and more, in addition to anodized or coated metals.
Color and diffracting markings are available depending on material.
Foil and thin metal cutting is available for steel under 0.25mm and other metals on a case basis.
The envelope for this process is 110mm x 110mm (4.3″x4.3″).
Cost is competitive but highly variable depending on material and particular project.
A non-recurring engineering fee may apply for certain projects.
Our cutting envelope with our CO2 laser is 23.5″x15.5″ with space to hold slightly larger objects.
Our cutting and engraving rates are $1.00 per minute and $30/hr for file-editing, and setup if needed.
Setup fee is $20 flat rate.
